Remote Concierge for Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Operators
A short-term rental operator managing 18 properties across Greater Manchester was growing fast — but their out-of-hours guest support wasn't keeping pace. Guests were messaging at midnight about lost keys, noisy neighbours, heating failures, and access issues. The owner was personally fielding calls at 2am, damaging both their sleep and their review scores.
Alarm Monitoring 24/7
The Problem
Without a professional support channel, guest complaints went unresolved overnight. One bad experience led to a three-star review. Two more followed. The operator needed a solution that felt premium to guests but didn't require hiring a full-time night manager.

What Clear Watch Did
Clear Watch Security provided a dedicated Remote Concierge service from our Manchester control room. Trained operatives handled all out-of-hours guest contact — calls, texts, and app messages — with a structured response protocol covering access issues, noise complaints, alarm activations, and emergency escalation. Where a physical response was needed, our mobile team could attend.

The Result
The operator stopped taking out-of-hours calls entirely. Guest satisfaction scores improved within the first month. The service now covers all 18 properties for less than the cost of a single part-time member of staff.
“We went from dreading our phones at night to not thinking about them at all. Clear Watch handle everything.”
