Careers at Clear Watch

A career in security, not just a shift

We employ our people directly, invest in their training and promote from within. If you take pride in doing the job properly and want somewhere to build, not just clock in, we'd like to hear from you.

PAYE employer · Ongoing training & SIA licence support · Progression from within · Established 2008

Why join us

Three reasons people stay with Clear Watch

Security work should be more than a licence and a rota. We've built the kind of company where good people are recognised, developed and given room to grow.

Employed, not left on your own

We employ our officers directly on PAYE — proper payslips, holiday pay and the security of a real employer, not a gig arrangement.

Room to progress

Our team leaders and supervisors came up through the ranks. When we grow, our people grow with us — progression here is real, not a slogan.

Backed to do it right

Ongoing training, interest-free loans for SIA licence renewals and managers who are on the end of the phone when you need them.
