The people behind Clear Watch.
Clear Watch is led by an experienced, hands-on team who know that good security really comes down to good people. They stay close to the day to day, so there's always someone who knows your site and takes ownership of it.
Ash Mahmood
Ash is the driving force behind Clear Watch. He sets the direction and vision for the business and stays close to the day to day, because he wants every client to get the standard of protection the company was built on.
Aisha Mahmood
Aisha looks after everything to do with our clients. From the very first conversation through to the ongoing relationship, she makes sure people feel well looked after and that what happens on site lives up to what we promised.
Syed Nadeem
Syed keeps the operation running. He manages the officers, the schedules and the deployments day to day, making sure the right people are in the right place and that cover runs the way it should across every site.
Beccy Marshall
Beccy heads up HR, including the vetting and screening our directly employed model depends on. She makes sure the team is properly checked, well supported and genuinely looked after.
Lily Robinson
Lily works alongside Beccy in the HR team, helping with vetting, screening and the everyday job of looking after our people, while learning the ropes right across the HR side of things.
Ashik Khan
Ashik is the steady hand behind the scenes. He supports Ash and Syed and pulls together all the operational detail that keeps deployments and the day to day running smoothly.
