Equipment Hire
A surveyed, installed and commissioned system with customer access where suitable. Your team retains the agreed response responsibility.
CCTV towers, mobile CCTV and site security cameras
Hire a CCTV tower or site-specific camera system with optional professional monitoring, live customer access, incident reporting and Clear Watch response within our agreed dispatch area. Rapid deployment for construction sites, vacant premises and yards, powered by V-360 technology and managed through one accountable security provider.
The buyer's problem
Construction sites, vacant premises, yards and temporary work areas change quickly. Fixed CCTV may be unavailable, badly positioned or disproportionate, and temporary site security cameras left unattended create evidence without a managed response.
Clear Watch starts with the risk, coverage area, operating pattern and escalation requirement. We then specify a V-360 CCTV tower or camera system and the service layer around it — rapid deployment where a site needs cover quickly, or a planned installation for a longer programme.
Clear Watch is the contracting security provider. The equipment is powered by V-360; installation and technical support are coordinated between Clear Watch and V-360, while monitoring and response are configured around the customer's chosen package.
Choose the service layer
A surveyed, installed and commissioned system with customer access where suitable. Your team retains the agreed response responsibility.
Selected monitoring hours, alarm review and notification through an agreed site escalation plan.
Monitoring supported by Clear Watch dispatch within the agreed Greater Manchester and surrounding-area remit.
Combine mobile CCTV with guarding, mobile patrols, keyholding or another proportionate on-site service.
CCTV towers and the V-360 product suite
A relocatable tower with a six-metre mast, 360-degree coverage, solar-backed operation, analytics, audio deterrent and remote viewing. Suitable for broad outdoor perimeter protection.
A compact 360-degree solution for outdoor or indoor use, with optional integrations considered during specification.
Wireless detection and verification for scaffold lines and changing access points, with audio and visual deterrence.
High-output site lighting with a battery-first, solar-backed system and generator support, combined with CCTV options.
Remote time-lapse and project-viewing camera with cloud access. It is a project-visibility product, not a substitute for monitored intrusion detection.
How the service works
Share the location, risks, timescale and operating pattern.
We assess coverage, access, power, connectivity and escalation.
Equipment, monitoring hours, access, response and reporting are agreed.
The system is positioned, tested and handed over to authorised users.
Activations follow the agreed plan, with records and service review.
Monitoring and customer access
Monitoring is not one-size-fits-all. The active hours, authorised users, alert rules, escalation contacts and responder are set for the customer and site.
Illustrative service profile
Each of these is set for the customer and the site during setup, and confirmed in the proposal.
When an issue is found
A monitoring operator reviews the available information and follows the agreed escalation route. The action may include an audio warning, contacting a nominated person, dispatching Clear Watch or requesting emergency support when justified.
Coverage
Clear Watch surveys, supplies and manages CCTV towers and mobile CCTV from Oldham across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Planned requirements farther afield can still be considered for equipment and professional monitoring.
Where Clear Watch dispatch is not available, the escalation plan can use the customer's own team or another nominated responder. Coverage is confirmed in the proposal—not assumed from a postcode alone.
Perimeters, compounds, materials, access routes and project visibility.
Visible deterrence and monitored protection where fixed systems are limited.
Yards, equipment, deliveries and changing operational areas.
Temporary coverage designed around lawful use and site management.
Questions answered
A useful proposal needs the site, duration, coverage, monitoring and escalation details—not just a request for “one tower”.
A CCTV tower is a relocatable, self-powered camera platform on a mast, giving 360-degree coverage of an open area without mains power or fixed infrastructure. It suits sites where fixed CCTV is unavailable, badly positioned or disproportionate, such as construction sites, compounds, yards and vacant land. Clear Watch supplies towers from the V-360 range and sets the mast height, camera configuration and coverage from the site survey.
It is a temporary or relocatable camera solution specified for a site and hired for an agreed period. Clear Watch can supply equipment only or combine it with professional monitoring, agreed escalation, reporting and response.
That depends on the site layout, risk areas, power, access, expected duration and required coverage. A survey is used to recommend the most proportionate product or combination rather than defaulting every site to a tower.
Yes. Construction sites are one of the most common applications. The specification is set around the phase of work, the perimeter and access points, the plant and materials on site, the hours the site is unoccupied and how alerts should be handled out of hours. As the site changes, units can be relocated or added, and scaffold lines and changing access points can be covered with ScaffSecure alongside a tower.
Yes. The V-Tower runs on solar power with batteries inside the unit, so it needs no mains connection, no generator and no fuel deliveries. Solar performance varies with the time of year and with anything that shades the unit, such as buildings, cabins or trees, so shading is assessed at the site survey and the tower is positioned around it. Where a position is unavoidably shaded, the unit can be set up to run from mains power by exception, agreed at survey.
Yes. Monitoring periods are agreed for each site and can be aligned with working hours, nights, weekends or another agreed schedule.
Authorised customer access can be configured where suitable. Access permissions, users, available features and data-handling arrangements are confirmed during setup.
The monitoring station reviews the activation and follows the site-specific escalation plan. Depending on the agreed service this may include an audio warning, contacting nominated people, requesting Clear Watch attendance within its dispatch area or contacting emergency services when justified.
No. You can select equipment only, monitored CCTV, monitored CCTV with response, or a hybrid package involving guarding or mobile patrols. Response arrangements and authority are agreed before go-live.
Clear Watch dispatch is offered across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas subject to survey, safe access, availability and the agreed contract. Equipment and monitoring may still be available farther away using a customer or nominated local responder.
Many planned installations can be arranged in around one week, depending on survey findings, equipment availability, access, permissions, connectivity and configuration.
Reporting can include commissioning or activation records, incident records with available evidence, notification and escalation actions, and periodic service summaries. The exact format and frequency are agreed in the proposal.
Mobile CCTV is normally one part of a wider security plan. Clear Watch provides the commissioning record, incident records with the available evidence, and the signage, access and retention arrangements agreed in the proposal, so you have the documentation to put in front of an insurer, a planning officer or your own data-protection lead.
Continuous on-site presence for access, patrols and incident management.
