Casual Security Officer

Job Summary:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Casual Security Officer to join our dedicated Security Team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing essential security services to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for client & Visitors

Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professionalism.

Handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanour.

Adapt and respond to different scenarios effectively.

Use initiative to problem-solve and address any issues that may arise.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the premises and surrounding areas.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Polite, friendly, and customer-service-oriented.

Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure.

Previous experience in security is essential.

Strong work ethic and a people-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Training

Clear Watch Security Limited is committed to staff development and to continually improving the effectiveness of staff through training.

Staff Training Procedures

  • Ensure that all new staff undergo induction training in line with the requirements of BS 7499:1998/BS 7984:2001
  • Provide training relevant to the duties that our staff are required to perform
  • Continually monitor the effectiveness of our training programme
  • Periodically review training programmes to ensure compliance with relevant Standards and current Legislation.
  • Request feedback from staff after completion of training
