We agree response arrangements with you for each scheme, so you and your residents know what to expect, and officers attend as quickly as those arrangements allow. Our security supports — but does not replace — the police and emergency services, who should always be called for anything requiring them.

We can provide a point of contact so residents can report issues, backed by patrols and callout response. Exactly how this works is set up with you and the managing agent.
Both are available. Many schemes use scheduled and callout patrols; larger blocks and BTR developments often add on-site concierge cover. We scope the right mix for the building.
