Zoom Interview

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”11618″ img_size=”large”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Once your application has been accepted, you will be contacted by our HR department to arrange a suitable interview time slot. The interview usually lasts 20 minutes, which gives us a chance to see you over the camera and the time to know you a little better. The interview will primarily focus on your background and why you want to become a Clear Watch Guard.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]

Face to Face

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”11617″ img_size=”large”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]If you become successful in the first stage, then you’ll be asked to come to the Clear Watch main office, where we will conduct a face-to-face interview. This interview will focus on a different set of questions such as life and work experiences. Induction

Vetting & Screening

In this stage, you will shadow a security officer at one of our sites, to familiarise you with how we go about security. Clear Watch Officer
