There will be times where our assistants need to despatch security to your premises. This could be to assist a visitor with entry or there may be a noise issue which needs to be dealt with, we will respond in the way you do.
Our security teams carry SIA security licenses and are screened and vetted to British standards.
Our security teams are also professionally trained to deal with conflict. Depending on the type of request, our officers will deal with the situation accordingly.
Minimal to No Intervention from you – You can relax and let us deal with it. We send electronic reports over by email. You only need to get involved if there is an emergency.
We also liaise with the emergency services allowing us to deal with fire alarm and intruder alarms, as well as building evacuations.
